The Summit at Fritz Farm, Bayer Properties

The Summit at Fritz Farm, Bayer Properties

The brief

Bayer Properties will be opening an exciting a new retail center in Lexington, Kentucky. We will have some vacancies when the center opens in 30 days, can you please help us to create an image that fits with the high level of quality of this development? Also, we would like to show in these graphics the type of tenants we are looking to attract.

The Approach

Working together with our client we defined the prospective tenants that we are looking to attract and suggested befitting themes from our pre-developed catalog of design themes (200+ options). In a record time of 30 days we designed, produced and installed 10+ 3D Window Dressing® barricades in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Outcome

“ The graphics truly turned out FABULOUS. We cannot thank you enough for ALL of your efforts over the past several weeks…what an accomplishment in such a short amount of time!”

Mary Brickell Village, Rockhill Management

Mary Brickell Village, Rockhill Management

The brief

Rockhill Management are looking to reimagine Mary Brickell Village and visualize the great opportunities this property has to offer for tenants and partners.

The Approach

3DWD worked with partner architects to define a direction that is both feasible and works well for this buzzing new area of Miami.

The process started with a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders, after that we developed sketches for the direction before we worked on the architectural visualizations for this project.

The Outcome

Our 3D visualization team developed a set of visualizations that are used for internal discussions regarding the project.

In addition to that these visuals are used for B2B marketing and leasing materials.

The 3DWD team has extensive experience creating architectural visualizations, animations and other innovative techniques to market properties.

Shopping Promenade Amiens, Frey

Shopping Promenade Amiens, Frey

The brief

Frey will be opening a brand new out-of-town retail center in Amiens, France. When this property opens we will not have all spaces ready to open, can you please develop a vacancy management plan which includes your 3D Window Dressing® product together with other innovative solutions to improve the customer experience on opening day?

The Approach

Working together with our client we defined three different applications for this project, distinguishing between non-leased spaces, spaces that were leased but not ready to open in time and spaces that were expected to be vacant for a longer period of time. For each segment we developed various concepts in sketches and presented this to the client.

The Outcome

On opening day the center looked great – we used three-dimensional hoardings (creative barricades) and 3D Window Dressing® graphics to create an image that fits well to the center.

We have developed 3D renderings that show previews of prospective tenants as well. We would like to thank Frey for the continued confidence in our capabilities and working with us on yet another project with them.

Rosada Fashion Outlet

Rosada Fashion Outlet, Stable Outlet Management

The brief

Please help us to design & implement a unique set of wayfinding & signage that fits the location of this property.

The Approach

After conducting a site survey and on-site session with center management, 3DWD’s creative team brainstormed a conceptual direction for this project. In the end, given the fact that the center was designed to feel like a medieval town, we decided to opt for rusted steel (for warmth), together with black and white signage (for readability) for the wayfinding elements.

The Outcome

3DWD designed, produced & installed all wayfinding and signage at the property in a hort time and with a high quality result

Five Guys

Five Guys

The brief

Help us to translate our brand guidelines into a signage concept that works for the locations that we are opening in Belgium and The Netherlands.

The Approach

Our project team had a kick-off session with the project team of FIVE GUYS and the store construction partner – after this, 3DWD translated existing standards into a range of signage elements that work well per each location that FIVE GUYS opens.

The Outcome

3DWD has successfully produced and installed signage for multiple locations of the (yummy!) Five Guys concept in Belgium and The Netherlands and we look forward to working together on many more in the future.

Mixtiles

Mixtiles

The brief

Develop an engaging pop up / kiosk design, that will create stopping power and allow us to connect with consumers and print our product on site.

The Approach

Through various sessions with the client and landlord partners, 3DWD familiarized itself with the brand and its key users.

These insights lead us to develop concept sketches in two directions – a standard, and a premium version.

The Outcome

3DWD developed a kiosk design for Mixtiles that can be produced around the world and fits their their brand like a glove.

Porsche Buzzbox

Porsche Buzzbox

The brief

Develop a mobile, reusable and high-quality pop up concept for Porsche that will allow us to be there where our clients are

The Approach

Through various sessions with the client and external stakeholders, 3DWD familiarized itself with the brand and its key customers. The concept we picked was that of a remodeled shipping container, although to be honest…the final product had little to do with that anymore.

The concept includes fully equipped meeting rooms, LED walls and even a custom developed cover to allow for it to travel and maintain its signature Porsche look.

The Outcome

3DWD designed and visualized the concept for Porsche and are looking forward to see these 40’ “BuzzBoxes” throughout luxury events in Europe.

ONE HUNDRED restrooms

ONE HUNDRED Restrooms

The brief

ONE HUNDRED restrooms asked 3DWD to help design a state-of-the-art package of signage and wayfinding to create the #1 restrooms concept in the world

The Approach

After receiving the client brief, 3DWD had a creative session with a project manager, graphic designer and 3D designer in order to develop an optimal concept taking into account the environment this concept would be placed in and the need to be able to keep a consistent look for locations all over the world.

The Outcome

The package we designed, delivered and installed for ONE HUNDRED restrooms for its first flagship location in La Vaguada (Madrid, Spain) received rave reviews from our client, but more importantly also from visitors. 3DWD are happy to be working with such an innovative client and we look forward to developing many more stores together.

Dion Pouw speaking about the importance of branding during Colombia’s marketing conference, Marcca 2017

Dion Pouw speaking about the importance of branding during Colombia’s marketing conference, Marcca 2017

Last week I had the great pleasure to be one of the speakers at Colombia’s premier shopping center marketing conference (Marcca) in Cali, which took place at the Intercontinental hotel from April 19-21st

The reason for the invitation was to give my perspective (no pun intended) on the importance of a clearly defined brand strategy for shopping centers and how this relates to the creation of relevant experiences. 3DWD specializes in branding & experiences for shopping centers around the world – our international projects teach us a great deal about the differences in retail environments around the world.

This topic is close to my heart (…and for all of us at 3DWD really…), because we see how this translates to better results in other areas of your marketing and your bottom line. In the end, what we really want to do is create cool, innovative and fun interactive experiences for retail environments – but for that to make sense, we need to know who we are trying to appeal to in the first place, so that we can tweak our story and technology to be most impactful.

We believe that there is a huge opportunity for retail & mixed-use projects that understand that they need to choose who they want to serve. It takes some guts to make such decisions, but the rewards are HUGE – as I have tried to illustrate during my conference.

What makes these events so valuable is the opportunity to share insights with people from the industry and learn about the differences and perspectives from all over the world – again, thank you for the opportunity to meet you all in Colombia, and I look forward to returning soon.

Kind regards,

Dion Pouw

Our unique idea helped landloards around the world.

Whether you are opening a new development or running an existing scheme – a vacant retail space is not something you, your tenants nor shoppers like to see.

Et has quando dolores eligendi. Summo oratio everti at vix. Graeci ponderum philosophia id vix, eu mel ridens deserunt. Id dico brute melius pri.

A choice of more than 200 pre-designed retail and food concepts, plus the fexibility of a custom store design.

The way we work is that we build up the full concept digitally in 3D from scratch. To give you an idea, imagine the process like a doll house which we can modify according to your needs: a tiny boutique or a large store? Doesn’t matter. We will define the concept, style, brand and then we will design it. The realism comes from the flexibility to create and calculate every particle of light and see how it affects the colour of furniture, textile, flooring and so on.
