We were asked by our partner client Built by de Wildt to develop a new brand identity for De Struyten Medical Care centre in The Netherlands that our client was building.

The Approach

Our team started by creating a mood board that describes the creative direction and from there we developed a new brand identity, including a new logo and wayfinding signage system.

The Outcome

The result of our work is a fresh new look for De Struyten that fits with well within the built environment and allows for usage in both digital and physical environments.

The brief

Please help us develop a new brand for Kronenburg Shopping Center in Arnhem, The Netherlands to further strengthen its position as the regional leader for daily convenience.

The Approach

Through various sessions with the client and external stakeholders, 3DWD familiarized itself with the property and the market. After a careful analysis of the situation and an internal brainstorming sessions 3DWD formulated a clear positioning deciding on what makes the center stand out versus its competitors.

The concept evolved around the fact that this property does the basics better than others, offering a high-quality offering, with free parking in a modern environment.

Avanti Senior Living

Avanti Senior Living

The brief

Help Avanti Senior Living to become theluxury brand within the assisted living category in the United States.

The Approach

Through a one-day session with the client and another internal session with our strategy & creative team we developed a concept. The concept aims to appeal to decision makers, rather than care receivers. Therefore, 3DWD proposed a new logo and tag line – appealing to Avanti being a place where you like to go, rather than must go to.

The concept further includes a fresh new campaign, illustrating this sentiment and a set of ideas on how to communicate this online and on property (pre-lease and when operational)

3DWD developed a new logo, photography & marketing collateral to help Avanti Senior Living differentiate itself from other players in the market.

It is this type of project that fits us like a glove as it challenges us to rethink a sector and come up with creative solutions to change the perspective.

Ypsilon Business Campus

Ypsilon Business Campus, Bouwfonds Investment Management

The brief

Developing a clear positioning for the Ypsilon Park office building in The Hague, The Netherlands that will help the landlord optimize returns and lease available office spaces to companies that fit the long-term objectives of the asset.

The Approach

Through various sessions with the client and external stakeholders, 3DWD familiarized itself with the property and the market. After a careful analysis of the situation and an internal brainstorming sessions 3DWD formulated a clear positioning deciding onwhat the ideal tenant looks like for Ypsilon.

The chosen concept lead to a name change (Ypsilon Business Campus), new branding and a briefing for the architect on the project to develop and strengthen the key assets of the property as to further enhance its advantage versus other buildings.

The Outcome

3DWD developed a new logo, 3D visualizations and leasing & marketing collateral to help Bouwfonds Investment Management successfully pitch the new concept to existing and future tenants.
